For numerous achievements and accomplishments representing Cadillac Products, Inc. in
supporting the needs of America’s military when in harm’s way. He has served thirty-
four years arranging proper packaging for combat rations, resolving quality issues,
developing improved films, and meeting mobilization requirements as a member of his
company’s service team. He was instrumental in the evolution of packaging for the
current MRE and participated in the innovation of using foil roll stock and state of the art
machinery to protect food components and to increase shelf life. Mr. deRoode is a
professional in every sense and is dedicated to serving the needs of his military customers.
He has developed an unparalleled reputation of integrity and technical knowledge that he
shares with government and commercial companies alike. His contributions to our
nation’s war-fighters are of the highest order and serve as an example for all others.
