Jan Cook

For those of you who do not know me, my name is Jan Cook and I’m the Director of Administration for Research and Development Associates for Military Food and Packaging Systems (R&DA).  I’m originally from Houston where my family still lives.  After my husband’s company promoted him, I found myself packing my bags and moving to San Antonio, Texas.  Soon after our move I found the job of my dreams working for Jim and Marygene!  I manage the daily office administration of R&DA and assist Jim Fagan and Marygene Fagan preparing for upcoming R&DA conventions.  I graduated from Texas School of Business and received my Business Administration Degree. 

I enjoy spending time with my husband of 18 years and our great kids, Trey 16 and Ryan 13 who seem to always keep us on our toes. I am looking forward to supporting our military with the next R&DA meeting!
