PROGRAM MATERIALS
Program materials will be available on the Meeting Attendee Resources webpage https://www.militaryfood.org/meeting-attendee-resources after October 12, 2026, to all registered attendees.  These materials will also be provided in a hard-copy format onsite in your attendee packet.

ROOM RESERVATION METHOD
A block of rooms is reserved at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead at rates which apply to R&DA participants only: A limited number of government rate per diem rooms will be available to U.S. Federal Government employees and all others will be charged only $220.00. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. The Hyatt can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day. Based on availability, attendees can reserve rooms three (3) days before and (3) days after the meeting dates at the group rate. All hotel reservations must be made through the below hotel links by October 5, 2026, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. Once your reservation is submitted, the Hyatt will send your room confirmation. Each reservation must be accompanied by a completed registration form.

R&DA has negotiated a limited block of rooms at the 2026 government per diem rate. You must present a government ID at check-in to receive the per diem rate.

TRANSPORTATION
The nearest full‑service airport, Hartsfield‑Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), is approximately 23 miles from the hotel. Transportation options include Uber/Lyft, taxis, shuttle services, or rental cars. Discounted parking rates are available, with valet service at $44.00 per vehicle, per night, and self‑parking at $32.00 per vehicle, per night. BE PART OF R&DA’s FALL EXHIBITION!
The exhibition portion of our program will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2026. To ensure full attendance, including key decision makers, at the exhibition, R&DA will not serve lunch on this day so attendees will be ready to sample your items. There will be networking opportunities to connect with government key decision makers from foodservice facilities and buyers to major food/packaging channels which will run from 12:30PM until 3:30 PM.
