PROGRAM MATERIALS
Program materials will be available on the Meeting Attendee Resources webpage https://www.militaryfood.org/meeting-attendee-resources after April 15, 2026, to all registered attendees. These materials will also be provided in a hard-copy format onsite in your attendee packet.

All conference activities will take place at The Westin La Paloma. R&DA has arranged special room rates for meeting attendees at The Westin La Paloma starting at $175.00/night for industry room rate and the government/state rate of $123 per night. The special room rate will be available until April 3, 2026, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. All hotel reservations must be made through the R&DA hotel links below. The hotel will send a room confirmation that will include your reservation number. Make your reservation online or call (520) 742-6000. Be sure to mention the “R&DA Spring Meeting Room Block” to receive the discounted rate.

R&DA has negotiated a limited block of rooms at the 2026 government per diem rate. You must present a government ID at check-in to receive the per diem rate.

A total of 10 companies will be offered the opportunity to showcase their company with literature, products, information, and samples our meeting attendees during the registration check-in, before the general session meeting times, during the networking luncheons, and during the daily breaks.
