With the Charlotte Motor Speedway right next door, attendees can enjoy the energy of one of the nation’s premier racing venues just steps from the hotel.  The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is approximately 20–25 minutes from the hotel and offers convenient access to rideshare services, taxis, and rental cars, ensuring smooth travel for all attendees. This meeting will bring together members and partners for two and a half days of presentations, discussions, and networking focused on advancing our shared mission.
